Tour Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a trip, and we have established the following cancellation policy to help our customers manage any unexpected changes in their plans.

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• If you cancel your tour package before 45 days of the tour start date, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your tour package between 30 to 45 days of the tour start date, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your tour package between 15 to 30 days of the tour start date, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your tour package less than 15 days before the tour start date, no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by the Tour Operator: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour package, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative tour package. If the alternative tour package is not acceptable, we will provide a full refund.
3. No Show: If you do not show up for the tour package, no refund will be provided.
4. Changes to Itinerary: If you decide to make changes to the itinerary after the tour has started, any additional costs will be your responsibility.

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email. The cancellation date will be considered the date that the written cancellation notice is received.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations or changes to your travel plans.
